Replacement Policy

Fulfilled by Woog items, Woog Turbo eligible items and few Seller Fulfilled items can be replaced at no extra cost if the following conditions are met. 

First and foremost condition to be eligible for any kind of Replacement ia - buyer must produce an unboxing video after the buyer first time opens the delivered order parcel. This is required to prove authenticity of buyer's claim and will be helpful to us to verify the claim details. No request of Replacement, Refund or Return will be entertained if buyer can not produce unboxing video to support his claim. 

Replacement window closes after 7 days post successful delivery to buyer's delivery address. Buyer must inform  on [email protected] for any kind of complaints/concerns within 7 days post order parcel delivery. No requests will be found eligible after 7 days period. 

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

Fulfilled by Woog items, Woog Turbo eligible items and few Seller Fulfilled items are eligible for free replacements. If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued if replacement request is found genuine. Woog.in and it’s affiliates’ decision on this will be final.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

As explained earlier, to be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item - buyer must product an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer's claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

Item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on Woog.in; 

Item received is defective/does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)

Warranty Policy

Most of the item sold on woog.in carries either seller warranty or manufacturer warranty as clarified in the item listing. Warranty is given only for manufacturing faults only. Warranty clause will not be valid if fault happened due to misuse, mishandling by buyer, opened with third party without permission of woog.in, software/hardware upgrade without prior intimation to woog.in in writing on [email protected]

Some items sold on woog.in are imported from United States of America and may carry manufacturer's warranty valid within USA only. Buyer must place order knowing this and in case if buyer wish to claim manufacturer warranty in such case then buyer must ship the item to manufacturer at their USA address on his own expenses. Woog.in will have not be held responsible for the same. Woog.in will assist buyer to do the needful wherever it is needed. All expenses of international shipping, documentation etc will be sole responsibility of buyer only.

Warranty support will automatically terminate in case of mishandling/misuse of product, damage occur to the item by incorrect input voltage, item opened by buyer, item opened by buyer at third party repairer without prior intimation and permission from woog.in.

Inability of buyer to produce unboxing video after successful delivery while first time opening the order parcel will automatically void the seller warranty offered by woog.in

Note:

A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.
